WHAT TO EXPECT
1. Arrive at SABDA
You arrive at SABDA and slow down.
A kombucha, coconut water or a glass of wine is waiting for you, included with your ticket.
You’re welcome to arrive early and spend some time at the bar,
or stay a little after the session.
When it’s time, you step into the immersive room.
The space is calm.
The room is already set.
You find a place to sit or lie down
and get comfortable.
